Es sind Schleuderformen mit gelochtem Einsatz bekannt, bei denen hinter diesem Einsatz Kanäle oder Längsnuten so angebracht sind, dass das beim Schleudern ausgeschiedene Wasser aus der Form auatreten kann. Die Herstellung dieser Kanäle oder Nuten ist jedoch schwierig, namentlich bei langen Rohrformen, ausserdem decken die zwischen den Nuten liegenden Flächen der Form, wenn die Kanäle nicht mehr eng nebeneinander angeordnet sind, leicht einen Teil der Löcher des Einsatzes zu, so dass an diesen Stellen kein Wasser austreten kann.
Gegenstand der Erfindung bildet eine insbesondere zum Schleudern von Röhren geeignete Form, bei welcher diese Nachteile dadurch beseitigt werden, dass zwischen die Innenwand der Form und dem aus gelochtem Blech oder dgl. bestehenden Einsatz ein Draht-oder dgl. Geflecht so eingelegt wird, dass das beim Schleudern ausgeschiedene Wasser durch die zwischen den Maschen dieses Drahtgeflechtes vorhandenen freien Räume nach den Enden der Form geleitet wird.
