Die Vorrichtung funktioniert in folgender Weise : Beim Anfahren eines Zuges gegen den   ill   wirksame Stellung (Fig.   l   und 2 vollgezeichneten) gebrachten Anschlagarm b wird der letztere in die in Fig. 2 punktiert gezeichnete Lage b"geschwungen und schlägt hiebei gegen den Riegelstift   in,   wodurch einerseits der Deckel c des Kästchens   A   aufspringt und andererseits das die Schwefelsäure enthaltende Röhrchen c abgebrochen und der bengalische Feuersatz zur Zündung gebracht wird.
