Abstract

Vorrichtung (1) zum generativen Fertigen eines Bauteils (2) aus einem pulverförmigen Ausgangsstoff (3), wobei die Vorrichtung (1) eine Aufbaukammer (4) zum schichtweisen Aufbau des Bauteils (2) und eine in eine Auftragerichtung (5) verschiebbare Rakel (6) zum Auftragen einer jeweiligen Pulverschicht (7) des Ausgangsstoffs (3) auf einer, in einer Arbeitsebene (8) liegenden, Aufbauoberfläche (9) aufweist, wobei die Mantelfläche (10) der Rakel (6) eine zur Arbeitsebene (8) hin gerichtete Nivellierfläche (11) zum Nivellieren der Schichtdicke der Pulverschicht (7), eine erste Verschiebefläche (13), die gegenüber der Arbeitsebene (8) in einem Winkel (20) von 90°+/-10° geneigt ist, zum Verschieben von Ausgangsstoff (3) in die Auftragerichtung (5), und eine Stufenfläche (15) aufweist, die von einer zur Arbeitsebene (8) parallelen Ebene um weniger als 5° abweicht, wobei die Mantelfläche (10) im Weiteren eine zweite Verschiebefläche (17) zum Verschieben von Ausgangsstoff (3) in die Auftragerichtung (5) aufweist.
