Basic structure:

The basic concept is a weatherproof lacquered wooden body (1) made of marine plywood (precious wood fumier with Okumekern, waterproof glued) in the thicknesses 12 and 8 mm with shelves and drawers, on which two wing shelves (2, 3) are attached (shelves and dividers perforated to save weight). On the front sides of the wings are swivelable bin bag holders with bag fixation. The table surface is made of duromer high-pressure laminate, the wings are secured with a locking screw cap. Over the collapsed body an outer box without bottom is slipped, which is at the same time the substructure for the inner box, which then brings them to working height. The fixation of the substructure on the body takes place by means of butterfly locks.

Behind the front (7) of this substructure is mounted a pivoting plate (8), which becomes a shelf (fixation by means of a webbing) when the kitchen utensil is used.

The table tops and the wings are attached to the carcass with heavy-duty pole hinges. Folding handles are attached to the front of the carcass.

In order to reduce scratching of the lower house when slipping over, HD PE boards are located on the inside of the front sides of the substructure, as well as on the lower edges. The corners are protected with galvanized fittings, the standing edges are provided with anti-aliasing protection.

To make the body less sensitive, the underside of the bottom also consists of a HD PE plate.
