  Verfahren zur Herstellung von transparenten Reklameschildern. 



   Das den Gegenstand vorliegender Erfindung bildende Verfahren besteht darin, dass zunächst für jeden Buchstaben, jedes Zeichen usw. ein entsprechender Rahmen aus Blattgold,-silber oder dergl. auf das Glasschild, Schaufenster oder dergl. aufgebracht wird. 



  Dieser Rahmen gibt deu Buchstaben u. s. w. ihre richtige Gestalt. Auf diesen Rahmen und auf das Glas des Schildes wird dann der transparente Stoff aufgeklebt, der aber den Rahmen nur teilweise zu übergreifen braucht. Die Ränder des transparenten Stoffes, der noch mit einer besonderen Lackschicht in bekannter Weise überzogen sein kann, werden mit einer    spha1tscbicht   überdeckt, die gegebenenfalls auch den Rahmen übergreifen kann, wodurch ein vollständig sicherer   Abschluss   des Buchstaben u. s. w. gegen das Eindringen   schäd lieber Stoffe geschaffen   wird, die weder an den Rahmen oder die transparente Masse noch an deren Befestigungsmittel gelangen und diese angreifen können. Auch werden die Buchstaben u. s. w. bei dem Putzen nicht abgescheuert und das Schild behält dauernd sein gutes Aussehen. 



   Die Zeichnung stellt einen nach dem neuen Verfahren auf Glas befestigten Buchstaben dar. Fig. 1 zeigt den Buchstaben in Vorderansicht und Fig. 2 einen Schnitt nach der Linie   A-B   der Fig. 1 in grösserem Massstab. a ist die Glastafel, b der Rahmen, c der transparente Stoff und e die Asphaltschicht.

   The method forming the subject matter of the present invention consists in that a corresponding frame made of gold, silver or the like is applied to the glass sign, shop window or the like for each letter, each character, etc.



  This frame gives you letters and s. w. their correct shape. The transparent material is then glued onto this frame and onto the glass of the sign, but it only needs to partially overlap the frame. The edges of the transparent material, which can also be covered with a special layer of lacquer in a known manner, are covered with a protective layer, which can also extend over the frame if necessary, whereby a completely secure closure of the letter u. s. w. against the penetration of harmful substances is created that can neither reach the frame or the transparent mass nor their fastening means and attack them. Also the letters u. s. w. not rubbed off during cleaning and the sign always looks good.



   The drawing shows a letter attached to glass using the new method. FIG. 1 shows the letter in a front view and FIG. 2 shows a section along the line A-B in FIG. a is the glass panel, b the frame, c the transparent fabric and e the asphalt layer.

PATENT CLAIM: A method for the production of transparent advertising signs, characterized in that only the outlines of the letter u. s. w. Forming frame made of gold leaf, silver leaf or the like. And then a transparent fabric partially overlapping the frame is attached to the glass pane, whereupon the outer edges of the transparent fabric are covered with an asphalt layer.
