Durch Verminderung oder Vermehrung der Windungszahl der Wicklung F kann man die Charakteristik der Maschine so verändern, dass bei Vergrösserung des Stromes im Kreise 11 der Strom im Kreise I und mit ihm die Maschinenspannung nicht konstant bleibt, sondern aboder zunimmt.
