  Pressform zur Herstellung   von Zigarren. und Zlgarettenspltzen aus Ambrold.   



   Den Gegenstand vorliegender Erfindung bildet eine Pressform zur Herstellung von Gegenständen mit unterschnittenen Flachen, wie   Zigarren-und Zigarettenspitzen.   



   Die Pressform besteht in bekannter Weise aus mehreren Formteilen, die von einem widerstandsfähigen Mantel aus Stahl oder dgl. zusammengehalten werden. 



   Das Neue der vorliegenden Pressform besteht darin, dass die Formteile die Gestalt von Keilen besitzen, deren Seiten von der Achse des Mantels ausgehen, und um einen Kern gruppiert sind, wobei die Formhöhlungen in einem Kreise angeordnet sind, dessen Mittelpunkt in der Mantelachse liegt, sowie darin, dass in jedem Formteil mehrere   Formhöhlungen   Übereinander angeordnet sind. 



   Die mit dieser Ausgestaltung der Form erzielten Vorteile bestehen darin, dass der Mantel möglichst gleichmässig und günstig beansprucht wird und daher länger standhält und   dass   horizontale Trennungsflächen, wie sie bei Übereinanderanordnung mehrerer Formen auftreten, vermieden sind, wodurch ein dichterer Abschluss der   Formhohlungen gewährleistet   ist und eine gleichmässige   Farbenbildung   erzielt wird. 



    PATENT. ANSPRÜOHE :   
1.   Pressform   zur Herstellung von   Zigarren-und   Zigarettenspitzen aus Ambroid, deren Formteile von einem gemeinsamen Mantel zusammengehalten werden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Formteile die Gestalt von Keilen besitzen, deren Seiten von der Achse des Mantels ausgehen, und um einen Korn gruppiert sind, wobei die Formhöhlungen in einem Kreise angeordnet sind, dessen Mittelpunkt in der Mantelachse liegt.

   The subject matter of the present invention is a mold for the production of objects with undercut surfaces, such as cigar and cigarette holders.



   The press mold consists in a known manner of several molded parts which are held together by a resistant jacket made of steel or the like.



   The novelty of the present mold is that the mold parts have the shape of wedges, the sides of which extend from the axis of the shell, and are grouped around a core, the mold cavities are arranged in a circle, the center of which lies in the shell axis, as well in that several mold cavities are arranged one above the other in each molded part.



   The advantages achieved with this configuration of the mold are that the jacket is stressed as evenly and cheaply as possible and therefore withstands longer and that horizontal separation surfaces, as occur when several molds are arranged one above the other, are avoided, which ensures a more tight seal of the mold cavities and a uniform color formation is achieved.
