  Verschlusshaken.

  Locking hook.

The subject of the invention is a locking hook, u. between a double-eyed hook in which the closure of both eyelets with the aid of one of the hooks
 EMI1.1
Ends of the hook are released without it being necessary to completely remove the same from the hook, so that the two hook eyes (instead of one, as was previously the case)
 EMI1.2
can without fear of losing the brace. This fact forms an essential difference between such a hook fastener and the previously usual fasteners in which the clasp is constantly connected to the hook.

In the drawing, Fig. 1 shows an S-hook in that position. in which the two eyes are closed by the clasp, but the hook is not under any tension. Fig. 2 shows the hook in the position which it assumes when it is stressed in tension, while Fig. 3 shows a hook stressed in tension, one eye of which is open. Fig. 4 shows a hook in which the clasp closes off one eye and is just being brought into or out of engagement with the leg of the other eye
 EMI1.3
Way to be depressed; The hooks a1, a2 are expediently arranged in such a way that, after the engagement has been established, the clasp B is inclined to the central part A (see FIGS. 1 and 2)
 EMI1.4
to any desired extent of tensile stress (see FIG. 2) without the eyelets Al.

A2 would get into the open position, which case would occur if the clasp B from one of the hooks a1. a2 would be triggered (see Fig. 3).

 EMI2.1

It is readily apparent that such a locking hook allows multiple applications and u. a. can be used to make chains of any length; each link of such a chain can easily be disengaged from the adjacent link.

   PATENT CLAIMS:
1. Locking hook, characterized in that it consists of a double eyelet bracket (A, A2) bent in the form of the number 8, the free ends of which are designed like a hook and whose closure is achieved by completing the figure 8 with the aid of a hook hook (at, a2 ) engaging clasp (B) which is independent of the bracket.

Claims (1)

2. Embodiment of the locking hook according to claim!, Characterized in that the width of the latches (A1, A2) exceeds that of the inner clip length, so that the clip is prevented from sliding out over the eyelets.
