Das Universalimplantatsystem gehört zu den biomechanischen Hilfsmitteln der Medizintechnik zur Versorgung von Knochenbrüchen an Röhrenknochen.The universal implant system is one of the biomechanical aids of medical technology for the treatment of broken bones on long bones.
Dem Stande der Technik entsprechend werden schwerer Knochenbrüche an Röhrenknochen durch Öffnen der Knochen an einem Ende und Einbringen eines sogenannten Marknagels, welcher verspreizt bzw. mittels Schrauben, die durch Bohrungen quer zur Nagelachse hindurch in den Knochen geschraubt werden, verriegelt wird. Es haben sich verschiedenste Bauformen entwickelt, welche spezialisiert auf Oberarm, Ober - bzw. Unterschenkel anwendbar sind. Aus Gründen der wirtschaftlichen Lagerhaltung und Vereinheitlichung und damit Vereinfachung der Anwendbarkeit ist ein Universalimplantatsystem, welches an allen 3 Röhrenknochen anwendbar ist wünschenswert. Dies wird mit dem Universalimplantatsystem wie folgend beschrieben erfindungsmäßig gelöst:In accordance with the prior art, severe bone fractures on tubular bones are opened by opening the bones at one end and introducing a so-called intramedullary nail, which is spread apart or locked by means of screws which are screwed into the bone through holes transverse to the nail axis. Der Universalmarknagel (1) dient zur Versorgung von komplexen Brüchen des Oberarmes, Oberschenkels und Unterschenkels. 5 Bohrungen im proximalen und 3 im distalen Nagelende sollen eine Verriegelung in der Sagital- und Frontalebene des jeweiligen Knochenendes ermöglichen. Im proximalen Ende befindet sich eine sagittale dünne Bohrung (2) für die Verriegelung am Oberarm- bzw. Schienbeinkopf. Die Bohrung (3) und (5) dienen der Verriegelung des Oberarm- bzw. Schienbeinkopfes in der Frontalebene und sind dicker ausgeführt. Die Bohrungen (4) und (6) sind noch dicker ausgefuhrt und nehmen Schrauben zur Fixierung des Schenkelhalses am Oberschenkel in der Sagitalebene unter einem Winkel von 120°-140° auf. Am distalen Nagelende (12) finden sich eine dünne -Bohrung (10) in der Sagittal- und zwei dünne Bohrungen (9,11) in der Frontalebene für die Aufnahme von Schrauben im Oberarm- und Schienbeinende bzw. im Oberarm-, Oberschenkel-und Schienbeinende. Das Proximale Nagelende ist beginnend distal der Bohrung (6) verdickt ausgefuhrt. Eine 6°-12°-Krümmung leitet auf den dünneren, runden Schaft über. Eine spezielle Schraube (16) fixiert es im Innengewinde (13) des Nagels (1). Diese Schraube hat einen gerändelten Kopf (23), welcher dem hündischen Festziehen der Schraube und dem Einschlagen des Nagels dient. Unterhalb des Kopfes befindet sich ein Sechskant (24) zum Festziehen der Schraube. Die Bohrhülsenführungen (17, 18, 19) dienen der Aufnahme von Schraubhülsen (26) und Bohrhülsen (27) zum Setzen von Verriegelungsschrauben in der Frontalebene an Oberarm bzw. Oberschenkel und in der Sagittalebene am Schienbeinkopf. Die Bohrhülsenfuhrungen (21, 22) sind zur Verriegelung in der Frontalebene am Schienbeinkopf vorgesehen und befinden sich an einem für rechts und links (Schienbeinkopf!) umsetzbaren Querbügel (20) des Zielgerätes, der mit den Schrauben (28.) und Paßstift (31) auf der benötigten Seite fixiert wird.
