Vollgummiradreifen mit eingebettetem Eisenring, der von einer Hartgummischicht umgeben ist, sind bekannt. 



   Beim Pressen dieser Reifen in der Form verschieben sich der   Hart- und Weichgummi   gegenseitig. Fig. 1 zeigt in punktierten Linien den Querschnitt der Hartgummimasse e, wie sie aufgetragen worden ist, während die ausgezogene Linie a, b, c den Querschnitt der   Iartgummimasse   nach der Pressung der Reifen darstellt. Die unregelmässige Oberflächenbildung des Hartgummi hat zur Folge, dass der Weichgummi sich abblättert und infolge seiner Beanspruchung durchgescheuert wird, besonders wenn der Hartgummi einen scharfen Grat wie bei b in Fig. 1 zeigt. 



   Mit der vorliegenden Erfindung wird bezweckt, beim Zusammengehen der   Pressschalen   den Bewegungen der einzelnen Teilchen der Gummimasse eine solche Richtung zu geben, dass eine Verschiebung der   Hart- und Weichgummimassen   zueinander sowie eine Gratbildung des   Hartgummis   verhindert wird. 



   Diese Aufgabe wird durch die vorliegende Erfindung dadurch gelöst, dass der eingebettete Eisenring nach der Lauffläche   zu muldenförmig   ausgebildet ist, so dass beim Pressen in der Form die   Gnmmimassen   in die Mulde gedrückt werden. Wegen der Richtungen der in Fig. 2 angedeuteten Druckkräfte f ist die Bildung eines Hartgummigrates besonders in der Mitte der Mulde bei b (Fig. 2) ausgeschlossen. Zugleich lässt sich eine kräftige Druckwirkung senkrecht zu den einzelnen Materialschichten erzielen, wodurch eine vorzügliche Verbindung zwischen dem Hartgummi einerseits und der   Eiseneinlage und dem   Weichgummi andererseits bewirkt wird.

   Die Eiseneinlage kann in bekannter Weise mit Widerhaken oder   Erhöhungen EI versehen werden,   um ein besseres Anhaften des Hartgummis zu ermöglichen.

The irregular surface formation of the hard rubber has the consequence that the soft rubber flakes off and is chafed through as a result of its stress, especially if the hard rubber shows a sharp burr as at b in FIG. 1.



   The aim of the present invention is to give the movements of the individual particles of the rubber compound when the compression shells come together in such a direction that a displacement of the hard and soft rubber compounds with respect to one another and burr formation on the hard rubber is prevented.



   This object is achieved by the present invention in that the embedded iron ring is designed to be trough-shaped after the running surface, so that the rubber masses are pressed into the trough during pressing in the mold. Because of the directions of the pressure forces f indicated in FIG. 2, the formation of a hard rubber ridge, especially in the middle of the trough at b (FIG. 2), is excluded. At the same time, a strong pressure effect perpendicular to the individual material layers can be achieved, which creates an excellent connection between the hard rubber on the one hand and the iron insert and the soft rubber on the other.

   The iron insert can be provided in a known manner with barbs or elevations EI in order to enable the hard rubber to adhere better.
