Dann wird weiter wie im Beispiel 1 verfahren, nur dass das Wasser während des Abkühlens aufgesprüht wird. Das Endprodukt besitzt ein Schüttgewicht von 500 g/l.
PATENTANSPRÜCHE :
1. Verfahren zur Herstellung von nicht stäubendem kristallwasserhaltigem Natriumperborat mit verringertem Schüttgewicht und von unregelmässiger, perl- oder graupelähnlicher Form aus dem ebenfalls kristallwasserhaltigen, verhältnismässig feinkörnigen und einen störenden Staubgehalt aufweisenden Natriumperborat, wie es bei normaler Herstellung anfällt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Ausgangsmaterial unter Atmosphärendruck bei einer Temperatur zwischen 45 und 60 C, vorzugsweise zwischen 48 und 56 C, solange gerührt wird, bis es ein feuchtes und krümeliges Aussehen erhält, wonach man abkühlen lässt und nötigenfalls die grösseren Konglomerate zerkleinert.
