Description

   <Desc/Clms Page number 1>

  Spannrahmen
 EMI1.1

 <Desc/Clms Page number 2>

  Stenter frame
 EMI1.1

 <Desc / Clms Page number 2>

 terwerk formed from the self-contained tensioning frame with two associated, external frame rungs on which the grid surfaces 6, 7 are hung. As a result, the bars overlap at the collision of the two clamping frames, creating a total area that is completely covered by bars.

   If the area to be covered with latticework is to have a significantly greater length while maintaining the same width, then, as shown in FIG. 4, the movable frame rungs can be moved into the clamping fields. The clamping frame then consists, for. B. from the fixed frame spars 8, 9, 10, 11, 12 and the movable frame rungs 13, 14 and 15 for the first two grid fields and 16, 17 and 18 for the two subsequent grid fields; the frame rungs 13, 14, 16, 17 are now laid in the clamping frame surfaces and can, for. B. be slidably supported on the fixed frame spars 8, 9, 10, 11 and 12 by gusset plates 19, 20, 21, 22 and 23. The tensioning of the grid fields that overlap seamlessly in the middle of the entire tensioning frame field is now carried out,

   B. by moving the movable frame rungs and mutual wedging od. Like.

   To generate simply curved surfaces, as shown in FIG. 4 in elevation and cross view, for example, two parallel sides 23 and 24 of the clamping field according to e.g. B. circular arcs with the same radius, whereas the other two sides of the clamping frame field 25 and 26 run along the jacket generating the cylinder. The frame rungs can either come to lie outside the clamping frame or partially within it. The grating surfaces are tensioned in the manner described above.

   The object of the invention is equally suitable for tensioning latticework for garden fences as well as for generating prestressed lattice surfaces in building construction, such as. B. for walls, floors and ceilings that are clad with surface building materials.

   It is also possible to use the tensioning frames covered with latticework for concrete reinforcement.

    PATENT CLAIMS:
1. Clamping frame for the production of walls, surface components or the like, especially in building construction, with the formation of flat or simply curved surfaces made of inelastic, preferably welded latticework, consisting of round profiles, profile girders, pipes or the like Angle to each other frame spars of a frame closed on all sides with tensile strength with the diametrical spars of the same in each case slidingly connected in a perpendicular direction to these and is covered on all sides by the lattice work, characterized in that tensile fixed, loose frame rungs connected to the lattice work parallel to the frame bars standing at an angle to one another are arranged displaceably.
