Used, in which the tuning nails were inserted. According to the present invention, cylindrical tuning nails with a smooth surface are fastened directly in the holes of the completely metallic sound post A without the intermediation of secondary organs, in that they have a diameter which is three to six hundredths of a millimeter larger than that of the holes in the sound post into which they are driven in. This type of fastening is characterized by its great simplicity and low cost and enables the tuning nails to be held securely at all times.

The soundboard B will be:; not glued and held in the frame at its circumference by iron rods C, which are screwed onto the same.
