Description

 EMI1.1

 EMI1.1

In the case of the continuous beam according to patent no. 178102, according to the arrangement of upper indentations 1 arranged in the area of the supports, a straight prestressing reinforcement 2 can extend over the entire length of the continuous beam. However, these indentations reduce the height of the bar and the moment of inertia of the cross-sections in their area. With the overhead roadway, the already known concrete filling of the indentations can be reinforced, but the resulting increase in the load-bearing capacity of the overall system is low and the interruptions in the structure are disadvantageous in terms of construction. The additional invention aims to increase the load-bearing capacity and the economy of the structure described in patent no. 178102.

In order to achieve a more favorable torque distribution for the traffic load and part of the permanent load (e.g. road surface), an additional tension member is arranged within the indentations 1, which is only made effective after the composite of the prestressing reinforcement 2 has been established. Such an arrangement can e.g. B. be done in such a way that a tension member 3 is anchored in the passage beam already produced or attached to outstanding steels. This tension member can be set in concrete and it can be prestressed before or after; setting in concrete can e.g. B. omitted if the passage bar is partially above the road. Furthermore, existing inlays on one side of the indentation can extend into the indentation, overlap there and finally form the reinforcement of the concrete of the indentation.

Brackets can protrude into the indentation from the continuous beam produced first, and teeth can be provided on the contact surfaces.
