  Hohlraumstützisolator. 



   Die Erfindung betrifft   Hochspannungs-Hohlraumstützisolatoren   und besteht darin, dass die Aushöhlung mit einer Metallschicht, z. B. einer aufgebrannten Silberschicht, ausgekleidet ist. Die Erfindung ist im folgenden an einem Beispiel erläutert, welches in der Zeichnung durch eine Sehnittansicht dargestellt ist. 



   Der Isolator 1 hat unterhalb seines Kopfes einen tellerförmigen Ansatz 4. Der Isolatorkopf und die Innenfläche des Ansatzes 4 sind mit einer Metallschicht 6 überzogen. Der Rand des Ansatzes 4 ist gegen den Isolatorkopf hin mit einem ringförmigen Wulst 5 versehen, der über die Schicht 6 vorragt. 



  Durch diese bekannte Ausbildung des oberen Teiles von Stützisolatoren wird eine günstige Feldverteilung erzielt. 7 bezeichnet eine z. B. metallische Stütze für den Isolator. 



   Um jene bekannte Anordnung in ihrer günstigen Feldverteilung zu unterstützen, ist gemäss der Erfindung bei einem wie bekannt in seiner Längsrichtung mit   einer Höhlung 2 versehene Isolator 1 diese   Höhlung mit einer Metallschicht 3, z. B. einer aufgebrannten Silberschicht, ausgekleidet. Diese zu-   sätzliche   neue Anordnung bewirkt, wie festgestellt worden ist, eine Feldablenkung, die zu erhöhter   Übersehlagssicherheit   führt.

   The invention relates to high voltage cavity post insulators and consists in that the cavity is covered with a metal layer, e.g. B. a burned-on silver layer is lined. The invention is explained below using an example which is shown in the drawing by a sectional view.



   The insulator 1 has a plate-shaped extension 4 below its head. The insulator head and the inner surface of the extension 4 are coated with a metal layer 6. The edge of the projection 4 is provided with an annular bead 5 towards the insulator head, which protrudes over the layer 6.



  A favorable field distribution is achieved through this known design of the upper part of post insulators. 7 denotes a z. B. metallic support for the insulator.



   In order to support that known arrangement in its favorable field distribution, according to the invention, in the case of an insulator 1 provided with a cavity 2 in its longitudinal direction as is known, this cavity is provided with a metal layer 3, e.g. B. a burned-on silver layer, lined. As has been established, this additional new arrangement causes a field deflection which leads to increased overshoot security.
