Reinigungsmittel mit desinfizierenden Eigenschaften.
Die Erfindung betrifft ein festes, in wässeriger Lösung zu verwendendes Reinigungsmittel mit desinfizierenden Eigenschaften. Das Mittel besteht aus Natriummetasilikat mit etwa 10-15% freiem Ätznatron und einem Zusatz von festen Salzen der unterchlorigen Säure, insbesondere Caleiumhypochlorit.
Zur Herstellung dieses Reinigungsmittels kann man sich des Verfahrens nach Patent Nr. 146051 bedienen, gemäss welchem leicht lösliche, alkalimetasilikathältige Pulver hergestellt werden, die neben Natriummetasilikat noch etwa 10-15% freies Ätznatron enthalten und sich vor bekannten Reinigungsmitteln ähnlicher Zusammensetzung durch erhöhte Reinigungskraft auszeichnen, wobei gegenüber metallischen Gefässbaustoffen keine korrodierende Wirkung eintritt.

Es ist bereits vorgeschlagen worden, durch Zusatz von Wasserglaslösung zu Lösungen, die gleichzeitig Hypochlorit und Ätzalkali enthalten, flüssige Desinfektionsmittel herzustellen, die ebenfalls metallische Gefässwände nicht angreifen und gleichzeitig fettlösende Eigenschaften haben. Demgegen- über weist das vorliegende Erzeugnis den Vorteil auf, dass es aus Feststoffen besteht, so dass sich sowohl der Transport wie auch die Verteilung vereinfachen.
Weiter ist vorgeschlagen worden, Mischungen von Alkalimetasilikat mit Calciumhypoehlorit als Reinigungsmittel mit desinfizierenden Eigenschaften zu verwenden. Diesem bekannten Mittel gegen- über zeigt sich das vorliegende Erzeugnis dank der Gegenwart freien Ätznatrons an Reinigungskraft wesentlich überlegen, während anderseits die Gegenwart von Alkalimetasilikat einen Angriff metallischer Gefässbaustoffe durch das freie Ätznatron verhindert.
Beispiel :
100 kg des nach Patent Nr. 146051 erhaltenen, aus Natriummetasilikat. mit etwa 10-15% freiem Ätznatron bestehenden wasserfreien Pulvers werden mit 12 kg neutralem trockenem Caleiumhypoehlorit vermischt. Die wässerige Lösung dieses Gemisches stellt ein Mittel von hoher Reinigungskraft dar, das gleichzeitig auch stark desinfizierend wirkt.

The invention relates to a solid cleaning agent to be used in aqueous solution with disinfecting properties. The agent consists of sodium metasilicate with about 10-15% free caustic soda and an addition of solid salts of hypochlorous acid, in particular calcium hypochlorite.
For the production of this cleaning agent one can use the method according to patent no.146 051, according to which easily soluble, alkali metasilicate-containing powders are produced which, in addition to sodium metasilicate, also contain about 10-15% free caustic soda and are characterized by increased cleaning power over known cleaning agents of similar composition there is no corrosive effect on metallic vessel building materials.
