   Gemäss Fig. 1 und 2 ist eine flache Wattelage b, welche eine für das Aufdrehen auf einen stab-   förmigen Träger 1n (Fig.   4) zu einem in die Ohren-bzw. Naseneingänge einzuführenden Polster geeignete Stärke, Grösse und Gestalt besitzt, in ein einmal gefaltetes Stück Papier, Pergament, Gaze, Glashaut od. dgl. eingefaltet. Der   Umsehlag   e besitzt zur bequemen Entnahme der Watte b an geeigneter Stelle, zweckmässig an einer freien Umschlagkante, einen Ausschnitt oder Abschnitt f. 



   Die Papierumschläge e mit je einer eingefalteten Wattemenge sind stehend mit der geschlossenen Faltkante nach oben hintereinander in einem Behälter g aus Karton od. dgl. eingesetzt. Zur Erleichterung der Entnahme eines Umschlag aus dem Behälter ist an der vorderen Behälterwand ein   Fingerausschnitt     h   vorgesehen.   Der Behälter ist durch eine Zwischenwand j in zwei Abteile geteilt, von welchen das vordere   eine   Anzahl loser Umschläge   e mit je einer eingefalteten Wattemenge und das hintere Vorratsabteil gebündelt Wattemengen   d   enthält.

   In dem Behälter sind ferner Instrumente und Medikamente für die Nasen-und Ohrenpflege untergebracht, u. zw. sind auf der Innenseite des   Behälterdeckels     Hülsen   1 befestigt, von welchen die eine den Watteträger m aufnimmt.
