Description
<Desc/Clms Page number 1>
Mit mehreren nahtlosen Guttaperchaschichten isolierter elektrischer Leiter.

<Desc/Clms Page number 2>

Electrical conductors insulated with multiple seamless layers of gutta percha.
EMI1.1
<Desc / Clms Page number 2>
For example, according to the invention, insulated two-wire telephone cords 1'80 'in length at 72% humidity had an insulation resistance of over 40,000 megohms after 24 hours, and in an increasing humidity of 90-98%, after another 198 hours, still over 3500 megohms, in 100% humidity after another 56 hours still over 1100 megohms.
In the case of gutta-percha, it is sometimes feared that it is not resistant to light and air. In the subject matter of the invention, such influences can easily be ruled out by covering the gutta-percha point individually or jointly with an airtight seamless casing, which is impermeable to chemically effective light, preferably made of colored cellulose derivatives.
The gutta-percha is applied to the conductor or the intermediate sheath in a known manner in solution (e.g. in chloroform) using the pull-through process. According to the invention, a further coating is only applied after the previous coating has dried (solidified) in order to
