1. Beröührungsschutzfassung fürelektrische Lampen mit zweipoliger Abschaltung, die durch die Birne mit Hilfe eines axial angeordneten, bewegliehen Zwischensteckers erfolgt, dadurch gekennzeichnet. dass das isolierende Zwischenstück, der Schaltstift (g), einerseits ein verjüngtes, zylindrisches Ende hat, welches durch eine abgesetzte Bohrung des Sockels (n) gegen den Birnenboden drückt ;

Mode of operation of the socket: In the pearless socket, the two springs e and t force the retaining pin g upwards and their two contact-making free ends are in this position about 2 mm away from the two live contact screws h, so that the socket is completely tension-free. Now the pear is screwed into the basket. Just before the end
EMI2.3
Springs e and f against the contact screws i and now only after the actual pear contacts have been de-energized does the base contact of the pear touch the contact part of the central retaining spring f surrounding the switching pin g and thus closes the circuit.
Likewise, when unscrewing the bulb, the circuit is first interrupted as before by loosening this contact and then afterwards. i.e. without current, the springs e and f are lifted off the contact screws h.
PATENT CLAIMS:
1. Contact protection socket for electric lamps with two-pole disconnection, which takes place through the bulb with the help of an axially arranged, movable adapter plug, characterized. that the insulating intermediate piece, the switching pin (g), on the one hand has a tapered, cylindrical end which presses against the bottom of the pear through a stepped hole in the base (s);
on the other hand has a flat tongue arranged in such a way that a spring (e) rests on its flat end edge. While isolated from this spring by the tongue itself, a second spring which crosses the first rests on two saddle surfaces of the switch pin (g), encompassing the tongue, so that an axial movement that the intermediate piece (g) receives from the pear. is communicated to the two springs (e, f).
