Verfahren zur Herstellung längsgerippter Rohre.
Das vorliegende Verfahren ist eine Abänderung des im Stamm-Patent Nr. 7916 beschriebenen Verfahrens und besteht darin, dass man für alle oder auch nur für einzelne der zu verarbeitenden Platten solche wählt, die in der Querrichtung profiliert sind. Je nachdem man die Platten so biegt, dass die Rippen, Wellen u. s. w. nach innen oder aussen, oder auch nach innen und aussen gerichtet sind, erhält man Rohre der mannigfaltigsten Formen.
Auf umstehender Zeichnung ist in : Fig. 1 die Herstellung eines solchen Rohres in den verschiedenen Stadien veranschaulicht ; Fig. 2-7 zeigen verschiedene mögliche Aus- fuhrungsformen.

beschriebenen Weise um c herum zum Rohr, wobei gleichzeitig die Mäntel miteinander verschweisst werden. Man erhält auf diese Weise ein doppelwandiges Rohr e, dessen Innenseite mit längslaufenden Rippen b besetzt ist.
Fig. 2 zeigt ein Doppelwandrohr mit nach aussen gerichteten Längsrippen, welches erhalten wade, indem man ein fertiges oder unfertiges glattes Rohr f auf die glatte Seite einer mit dreikantigen Rippen 9 versehenen Platte h auflegte und das ganze durch den Trichter zog. Beim Bearbeiten der Platten mit. nach aussen gerichteten Rippen bedient man sich zweckmässig eines entsprechend profilierten Trichters.
In Fig. 3 sind beide Rohrmäntel mit Rippen besetzt, und zwar kehren die Mäntel ihre ebenen Seiten gegeneinander, während die Ausführungsformen Fig. R die profilierten

The present method is a modification of the method described in the parent patent no. 7916 and consists in choosing for all or just some of the panels to be processed that are profiled in the transverse direction.
