Selbsthaltender Gaumenhaken mit zwei gegeneinander wirkenden Abstützungen, von welchen die vordere gegen die Oberlippe, bzw. den Oberkiefer wirkt, während die rückwärtige das Gaumenende mit dem Zäpfchen hintergreift, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die   rückwärtige   Abstützung von einem verschwenkbar an der Schiene   (1)   od. dgl. angeordneten Stützarm   (9)   gebildet wird, der durch Ver- schieben einer unter Federwirkung stehenden Stange od. dgl. ganz oder teilweise nach   rückwärts   umklapp- bar ist.
