Aus sämtlichen drei Fällungsfraktionen wird das Fällungsmittel durch Abblasen mit Wasserdampf wiedergewonnen. 



   Dasselbe Verfahren lässt sich auch auf andere asphalthaltige bituminöse Materialien anwenden. 



  Es war bisher nicht bekannt, dass schon relativ kleine Mengen aliphatischer Öle, wie etwa   20%,   zur Abscheidung von Asphalt und andern Verunreinigungen dienen können. 



   Zwecks leichter Wiedergewinnung des zur Fällung verwendeten Öles kann man dessen Siedegrenzen so wählen, dass es bei der Aufarbeitung der Lösungen durch Destillation leicht wiedergewonnen werden kann. 



     PATENT-ANSPRÜCHE   :
1. Verfahren zur Aufarbeitung der Produkte, die bei der Verflüssigung der Kohle durch Hydrierung entstehen, durch Fällung und Abtrennung der Asphaltstoffe, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das von Wasser und niedrigsiedenden Bestandteilen befreite, feste Bestandteile enthaltende Kohleverflüssigungsprodukt mit relativ kleinen Mengen (etwa   20%)   aliphatischer Öle, z. B. Gasöl, bei erhöhter Temperatur versetzt wird.

   is withdrawn. After about 3 to 5 hours, they separate a further 40 kg of soft asphalt free of insoluble components. This leaves 40 kg of thin, red-brown, asphalt-poor oil. The precipitant is recovered from all three precipitation fractions by blowing off with steam.



   The same process can be applied to other bituminous materials containing asphalt.



  It was not previously known that even relatively small amounts of aliphatic oils, such as about 20%, can serve to separate asphalt and other contaminants.



   For the purpose of easy recovery of the oil used for the precipitation, its boiling point can be chosen so that it can easily be recovered when the solutions are worked up by distillation.



     PATENT CLAIMS:
1. A process for processing the products that arise during the liquefaction of coal through hydrogenation, by precipitation and separation of the asphalt materials, characterized in that the coal liquefaction product containing solid components, freed from water and low-boiling components, is relatively small (about 20%) aliphatic oils, e.g. B. gas oil, is added at elevated temperature.

2. The method according to claim 1, characterized in that first only a small amount of asphalt together with the insoluble, solid substances is precipitated and separated and then, after further standing, further amounts of asphalt are deposited, which in turn are separated from the oils.

3. The method according to claims 1 and 2, characterized in that for the purpose of easy recovery of the oil used for precipitation, the boiling limits of the precipitating oil are chosen so that it can easily be recovered by distillation when working up the solutions.
