Die Erfindung lässt sich anwenden bei Zwei-oder Viertaktmaschinen mit oder ohne Lufteinblasung des Brennstoffs.
PATENT-ANSPRÜCHE :
1. Brennkraftmaschine mit Brennstoffeinspritzung und Selbstzündung, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kolben beim Verdichtungshub möglichst viel der vor Beginn dieses Hubes in dem Zylinder enthaltenen Luft in mindestens eine Kammer (b) und in einen dieser vorgeschalteten, trichterförmigen Raum (1) hineinverdrängt, wobei die Kammer mit dem Zylinder nur durch wenigstens eine enge Öffnung (e) verbunden ist, gegen die hin der Brennstoff frühestens kurz vor Ende des Verdicht1Ulgshubes eingespritzt wird.
