Die neue Anordnung besteht darin, dass der Wippendrehpunkt gegenüber dem Stromabnehmergestell wesentlich vertikal beweglich ist. Z. B. kann die Wippe von einem oder mehreren am Stromabnehmergestell derart schwingend gelagerten Zwischengliedern getragen werden, dass diese durch ihre Sehwingbeweg, mgen ein Auf-und Abwärtsgehen der Wippe erlauben.
