Aus Walzeisen hergestellte Schalungsform für Betonbalken.
Den Gegenstand der Erfindung bildet eine weitere Ausgestaltung der durch das Patent Nr. 104 033 geschützten Schalungsform für Betonbalken. Das Wesen der Erfindung besteht darin, dass die Schalungform der Länge nach geteilt ist und zur Bildung des Bodens der Schalung ein Schalungsbrett entsprechend der gewünschten Balkenbreite eingelegt ist. Hiedurch wird die Schalungsform zu einem Universalgerät, welches nicht nur die Einstellung nach einer gewünschten Balkenhöhe gestattet, sondern auch die Ver- änderung der Balkenbreite ermöglicht.
Eine beispielsweise Ausführungsform des Erfindungsgegenstandes ist auf der Zeichnung im Querschnitt dargestellt.
Die Schalungsform wird aus zwei Walzeisen a a, die Bodenplatte durch ein Schalungsbrett b od. dgl. entsprechend der gewünschten Balkenbreite gebildet. Die beiden seitlichen Schalungswände werden durch einen Drahtbund od. dgl. c zusammengehalten, der als Auflager für die Armierungseisen dient.
PATENT-ANSPRÜCHE :
1. Aus Walzeisen hergestellte Schalungsforn für Betonbalken nach Patent Nr. 104 033, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schalungsform der Länge nach geteilt ist und zur Bildung des Bodens der Schalung ein Schalungsbrett (b) entsprechend der gewünschten Balkenbreite eingelegt ist.
