  Verfahren zur Herstellung von geschweiften breitbrüstigen Herrenröcken. 



   Bislang bildeten sich bei der Herstellung von stark geschweiften, breitbrüstigen Herrenröcken an der Stelle der Schweifung meistens Falten. Um die Faltenbildung nun zu vermeiden, wird gemäss vorliegendem Verfahren neben den mit der nötigen Schweifung versehenen Zuschneideteil ein besonderer, mit gewellten Längsseiten versehener Stoffteil eingesetzt. 



   In der Zeichnung ist der Erfindungsgegenstand dargestellt, u.   zw.   zeigt Fig. 1 die Art des neuartigen Zuschneiden bei einem   Herrenrock   vor dem Zusammennähen, und Fig. 2 denselben in fertigem, zusammengenähtem Zustande. 



   Der Teil A, B, G, F wird aus dem Stoff ausgeschnitten, wobei der Teil B, C,   E,   D des Stoffes stehengelassen wird, wobei darauf zu achten ist, dass die Winkel bei   A   und C genau gleich gross sind. 



   Hiernach werden die in der Zeichnung mit Schraffierung bezeichneten Teile entfernt. Wenn jetzt die Ränder B, C bzw. C, E zu den Rändern A, B bzw. A, J eingepasst und genäht werden, so bilden sich bei der Schweifung am Rand des Schlusses in der Linie   A,   G leicht Falten. Gemäss dem Verfahren wird nun in den verbleibenden Zwischenraum ein besenderer, mit welligen Längsseiten versehener Stoffstreifen H, F, G, J bzw. D, E, G, F eingesetzt, dessen Wirkung ist, dass eine tadellose Sehweifung ohne Faltenbildung erfolgt.

   Up to now, when making strongly curly, broad-chested men's skirts, wrinkles have usually formed at the point of curvature. In order to avoid the formation of creases, according to the present method, in addition to the cut-to-size part provided with the necessary curvature, a special fabric part provided with corrugated longitudinal sides is used.



   In the drawing, the subject of the invention is shown, u. Between Fig. 1 shows the type of novel cutting in a men's skirt before sewing together, and Fig. 2 shows the same in the finished, sewn together state.



   Part A, B, G, F is cut out of the fabric, while part B, C, E, D of the fabric is left to stand, making sure that the angles at A and C are exactly the same.



   The parts marked with hatching in the drawing are then removed. If the edges B, C or C, E are now fitted and sewn to the edges A, B or A, J, then creases slightly form at the curve at the edge of the end in line A, G. According to the method, a brushed strip of fabric H, F, G, J or D, E, G, F, provided with wavy long sides, is inserted into the remaining space, the effect of which is that perfect visual curvature occurs without wrinkling.

PATENT CLAIM: Process for the production of curly, broad-chested men's skirts, characterized in that, in addition to the cut-to-size part (B, C, E, D) provided with the necessary curvature, a special material part (D, E, F, G) having corrugated long sides is used for the purpose to prevent the formation of wrinkles with perfect curves.
