EACH CONNECTION ELEMENT (3) IS IN ONE PIECE AND THE SCREW THREAD (9) CORRESPONDING TO THE REGION OF PENETRATION OF THE SCREW IN THE PEDICLE ENDS IN AN ANNULAR BULB (16) AGAINST WHICH THE CONNECTION ELEMENT PUSHES WHICH IS SEPARATED FOR A LISTED PART (15) OF THE SCREW THREAD (11) OUTSIDE THE REGION OF PENETRATION IN THE PEDICLE. THIS INSTRUMENTATION ALLOWS TO RETURN THE VERTEBRA RUN BACKWARDS AND PIVOT IT IN THE DESIRED DIRECTION OF ROTATION, BEING POSSIBLE TO CARRY OUT THE ACTION OF ROTATION SLOWLY AND CONTROLLING THE MOVEMENT IN GENERAL THROUGH THE SURGEON IN GENERAL IN THE TWO REPLACEMENT OF THE VERTEBRA IN RELATION TO NEIGHBORING VERTEBRAS.
