Abstract
Se divulgan composiciones y métodos para modular, por ejemplo, reducir, la expresión de proteína insecticida recombinante en células reproductoras masculinas y/o tejidos de plantas transgénicas. En particular, se proporcionan construcciones de ADN recombinante útiles en dichos métodos, así como plantas, células y semillas transgénicas que contienen dichas construcciones de ADN recombinante. Las construcciones de ADN recombinante y las plantas, células y semillas transgénicas que contienen dichas construcciones proporcionan una forma muy mejorada de minimizar cualquier riesgo potencial que pueda estar asociado con la expresión de proteínas insecticidas en los tejidos reproductores masculinos.
