Abstract
Un proceso para preparar el benzotiofen-2-il boronato de fórmula (1) que sirve como intermediario para la producción de medicamentos y para la producción de medicamentos para el tratamiento y/o la profilaxis de trastornos proliferativos, como, por ejemplo, cáncer y enfermedades tumorales. Reivindicación 1: Un método de preparación de un compuesto de fórmula (1), caracterizado porque comprende los siguientes pasos: paso 5: en el que un compuesto de fórmula (2) se deja reaccionar, mediante la disolución de un compuesto de fórmula (2) en un solvente inerte como, por ejemplo, THF, y la adición de una base orgánica de metal como, por ejemplo, una solución de n-butil litio y un borato de trialquilo como, por ejemplo, borato de triisopropilo, opcionalmente en un solvente, como, por ejemplo, THF, con lo cual se proporciona un compuesto de fórmula (1); dicho compuesto de fórmula (2) se prepara mediante el siguiente paso 4: en el que un compuesto de fórmula (3), se deja reaccionar, opcionalmente en presencia de un solvente inerte, como, por ejemplo, THF, con uno o más agentes reductores, como, por ejemplo, una solución de sodio-bis(2-metoxi-etoxi)-aluminio-dihidruro, con lo cual se proporciona un compuesto de fórmula (4) y se deja reaccionar el compuesto de fórmula (4) con HCl acuoso en presencia de un solvente como, por ejemplo, tolueno, con lo cual se proporciona un compuesto de fórmula (5); y se deja reaccionar el compuesto de fórmula (5) con uno o más agentes reductores, como, por ejemplo, una solución de sodio-bis(2-metoxi-etoxi)-aluminio-dihidruro, con lo cual se proporciona un compuesto de fórmula (2).
