Abstract
Se proporcionan una suela de desgaste, un aparato de inspección ultrasónica que posee una suela de desgaste, y los métodos para usar estos elementos. En una forma de realización, el aparato de inspección ultrasónica puede incluir un cuerpo, una suela de desgaste y un canal de fluido. La suela de desgaste puede definir a una segunda cámara configurada para recibir un segundo volumen de acoplador ultrasónico y la suela de desgaste puede acoplarse de modo extraíble a un extremo distal del cuerpo. La suela de desgaste puede también tener una membrana que se extiende a través de la misma para separar la primera cámara de la segunda cámara. El canal de fluido se puede extender a través del cuerpo y la suela de desgaste se puede configurar para suministrar el segundo volumen de acoplador ultrasónico a la segunda cámara.
