Abstract
Un dispositivo inalámbrico (14) está configurado para realizar un procedimiento de acceso aleatorio (16) para el acceso aleatorio por el dispositivo inalámbrico (14) a un sistema de comunicación inalámbrica (10). El procedimiento de acceso aleatorio (16) incluye múltiples mensajes en secuencia. El dispositivo inalámbrico (14) está configurado para determinar una portadora sobre la que ha de recibirse un mensaje de enlace descendente (18) en el procedimiento de acceso aleatorio (16) por el dispositivo inalámbrico (14), de entre múltiples portadoras diferentes (20), que son configurables como dicha portadora, con base en información de configuración (22) recibida del nodo de red de radio (12) que indica dicha portadora. El mensaje de enlace descendente (18) se produce en el procedimiento de acceso aleatorio (16), después de un mensaje inicial en la secuencia. El dispositivo inalámbrico (14) también está configurado para recibir el mensaje de enlace descendente (18) en la portadora determinada.
