Abstract

Reivindicación 38: Una proteína de unión biespecífica que se une a PD-1 y CTLA-4, caracterizada porque comprende un primer péptido que comprende la secuencia de aminoácidos de la SEQ ID Nº 5 y un segundo péptido que comprende la secuencia de aminoácidos de la SEQ ID Nº 6. Reivindicación 49: Un anticuerpo, o un fragmento de unión al antígeno del mismo, que se une a TIM3, caracterizado porque comprende una cadena pesada que comprende CDR1, CDR2 y CDR3 y una cadena liviana que comprende CDR1, CDR2 y CDR3, en donde la CDR1 de la cadena pesada comprende la SEQ ID Nº 79, la CDR2 de la cadena pesada comprende la SEQ ID Nº 80, la CDR3 de la cadena pesada comprende la SEQ ID Nº 81 y la CDR1 de la cadena liviana comprende la SEQ ID Nº 82, la CDR2 de la cadena liviana comprende la SEQ ID Nº 83, la CDR3 de la cadena liviana comprende la SEQ ID Nº 84. Claim 49: An antibody, or an antigen binding fragment thereof, that binds to TIM3, characterized in that it comprises a heavy chain comprising CDR1, CDR2 and CDR3 and a light chain comprising CDR1, CDR2 and CDR3, wherein the CDR1 of the heavy chain comprises SEQ ID No. 79, the CDR2 of the heavy chain comprises SEQ ID No. 80, the CDR3 of the heavy chain comprises SEQ ID No. 81 and the CDR1 of the light chain comprises SEQ ID No. 82, CDR2 of the light chain comprises SEQ ID No. 83, CDR3 of the light chain comprises SEQ ID No. 84. Claim 56: A method of treating or preventing a cancer in a subject, characterized in that said method buy of administering the protein or antibody of any of claims 1-51 to the subject.
