Abstract

La presente divulgación proporciona una composición de emulsión acuosa en aceite que comprende una fase oleosa que comprende un medio oleoso, en el que la fase oleosa está entre 25 - 70% en peso de la composición; y una fase acuosa que comprende i) un complejo de agente de encapsulación molecular de ciclopropeno y ii) agua. Adicionalmente, se proporciona una composición de emulsión doble acuosa en aceite en agua que comprende una composición de emulsión acuosa en aceite y una segunda fase acuosa, en la que el % en peso no considera la segunda fase acuosa. También se proporcionan métodos para fabricar y utilizar las composiciones.
