Abstract
Se provee un tubo de acero inoxidable sin costura de alta resistencia para productos tubulares de la industria petrolera, que posee alta resistencia, excelente tenacidad a baja temperatura y excelente resistencia a la corrosión, incluso cuando el tubo de acero tiene un espesor de pared considerable. El tubo de acero inoxidable sin costura de alta resistencia tiene una composición que contiene (en porcentaje en masa) los siguientes componentes en las siguientes cantidades: C: 0,05% o menos; Si: 1,0% o menos; Mn: desde 0,1 hasta 0,5%; P: 0,05% o menos; S: menos de 0,005%; Cr: desde más de 15,0% hasta 19,0 % o menos; Mo: desde más de 2,0% hasta 3,0% o menos; Cu: desde 0,3 hasta 3,5%; Ni: desde 3,0 % o más hasta menos de 5,0%; W: desde 0,1 hasta 3,0%; Nb: desde 0,07 hasta 0,5%; V: desde 0,01 hasta 0,5 %; Al: desde 0,001 hasta 0,1%; N: desde 0,010 hasta 0,100%; O: 0,01% o menos; y Fe e impurezas inevitables como balance. Nb, Ta, C, N y Cu satisfacen una fórmula especificada. El tubo de acero tiene una microestructura que está compuesta por 45% o más de una fase de martensita revenida, desde 20 hasta 40% de una fase de ferrita, y desde más de 10% hasta 25% o menos de una fase de austenita residual en términos de relación en volumen.
