Abstract
Reivindicación1: Un compuesto de fórmula (1), donde R¹ es hidrógeno, F o Cl; L es un enlace o alquileno inferior; R² es -(CH₂)ₙ-alquilo inferior, alquilo inferior sustituido por halógeno, -(CH₂)ₙC(O)O-alquilo inferior, fenilo sustituido por alquilo inferior o halógeno, o es un grupo heteroarilo de 5 ó 6 miembros, seleccionado entre piridinilo, pirimidinilo, piridazinilo, tiazolilo, imidazolilo, pirazolilo o triazolilo, que están opcionalmente sustituidos por alquilo inferior, halógeno, alcoxi inferior, =O, benciloxi, cicloalcoxi, hidroxi, ciano, alquilo inferior sustituido por halógeno, o por -(CH₂)ₙ-alquilo inferior; n es 1, 2 ó 3; R³ es hidrógeno, alquilo inferior o -(CH₂)ₙ-alquilo inferior; R⁴ es fenilo, piridinilo o pirimidinilo, opcionalmente sustituido por F; Y es CF o CCl; o a una sal farmacéuticamente aceptable o sal de adición ácida, a una mezcla racémica, o a su correspondiente enantiómero y/o isómero óptico y/o estereoisómeros de los mismos.Claim 1: A compound of formula (1), wherein R¹ is hydrogen, F or Cl; L is a bond or lower alkylene; R² is - (CH₂) ₙ-lower alkyl, lower alkyl substituted by halogen, - (CH₂) ₙC (O) O-lower alkyl, phenyl substituted by lower alkyl or halogen, or is a 5- or 6-membered heteroaryl group, selected between pyridinyl, pyrimidinyl, pyridazinyl, thiazolyl, imidazolyl, pyrazolyl or triazolyl, which are optionally substituted by lower alkyl, halogen, lower alkoxy, = O, benzyloxy, cycloalkoxy, hydroxy, cyano, lower alkyl substituted by halogen, or by - (CH₂ ) ₙ-lower alkyl; n is 1, 2 or 3; R³ is hydrogen, lower alkyl or - (CH₂) ₙ-lower alkyl; R⁴ is phenyl, pyridinyl or pyrimidinyl, optionally substituted by F; Y is CF or CCl; or to a pharmaceutically acceptable salt or acid addition salt, to a racemic mixture, or to its corresponding enantiomer and / or optical isomer and / or stereoisomers thereof.
