Abstract
Reivindicación 1: Un jarabe de alulosa que tiene un contenido total de sólidos secos que oscila entre el 50% y el 80% en peso y comprende alulosa en una cantidad de al menos el 80% en peso sobre una base de sólidos secos, donde el pH del jarabe es de 2,5 a 6,0.
