Abstract
Se provee una solución para deposición para una conexión roscada utilizada para formar una película de deposición excelente en su resistencia al gripado, resistencia a la corrosión por grietas, y resistencia a la corrosión por exposición. La solución para deposición para una conexión roscada de la presente forma de realización no contiene cianuro, pero contiene pirofosfato de cobre, pirofosfato de estaño, pirofosfato de cinc, pirofosfato como un agente complejante de metal, y un compuesto con un contenido de azufre de 40 g/L o menos (excluyendo el 0). El compuesto con un contenido de azufre incluye: un compuesto de mercapto y un compuesto de sulfuro definido por la fórmula química (1); un dímero formado a través de un enlace disulfuro de compuestos de mercapto; y uno o más tipos de sales de los mismos: RS-(CHX¹)ₘ-(CHX²)ₙ-CHX³X⁴ (1), en donde cada uno de m y n es un número entero de 1 ó 0; cada uno de X¹, X², X³ y X⁴ es uno cualquiera de hidrógeno, OH, NH₂, SO₃H, y CO₂H, pero excluyendo que X¹, X², X³, y X⁴ sean todo hidrógeno; y R es uno cualquiera de hidrógeno, un grupo metilo, y un grupo etilo.
