Abstract
Se describe un procedimiento para la separación de dióxido de carbono a partir del gas del proceso de un oxirreactor, que comprende las siguientes medidas: i) introducción de un gas del proceso con contenido en olefinas, aldehídos y dióxido de carbono de un oxirreactor en un pre-lavador, ii) tratamiento del gas del proceso en el pre-lavador con una disolución acuosa que contiene alcoholes, aminas y/o aminoalcoholes, para separar aldehídos del gas del proceso, iii) introducción del gas del proceso liberado de los aldehídos en un absorbedor de una instalación para el lavado de gases dispuesta a continuación del pre-lavador, con el fin de separar dióxido de carbono del gas del proceso, y iv) tratamiento del gas del proceso en el absorbedor con una disolución acuosa con contenido en amina y/o aminoalcohol, y separación de dióxido de carbono a partir del gas del proceso. The process represents an improvement of known procedures as foam formation in the absorber of the gas washing facility can be clearly reduced.
