Abstract
Variantes de lipasa y método para su obtención. Además a polinucleótidos que codifican las variantes; construcciones de ácido nucleico, vectores, y células huéspedes que comprenden los polinucleótidos; y métodos para el uso de las variantes. Planta. Reivindicación 1: Un método para obtener una variante de lipasa, que comprende introducir en una lipasa parental una sustitución en una o más posiciones correspondientes a las posiciones T37, N39, o G91 del polipéptido maduro de SEC ID Nº 2, donde la variante tiene actividad de lipasa y en comparación con la lipasa parental tiene rendimiento mejorado en presencia de un catalizador orgánico seleccionado entre el grupo que consiste en catalizadores orgánicos que tienen la fórmula a) fórmula (1); b) fórmula (2); y c) sus mezclas, donde cada R¹ es independientemente un grupo alquilo ramificado que contiene entre 3 y 24 carbonos o un grupo alquilo lineal que contiene entre 1 y 24 carbonos; y recuperar la variante.
