Abstract
El sistema está previsto para permitir adaptar los bogies de un tren a diferentes anchos de vía, incluyendo una serie de bogies, constituido cada uno de ellos a partir de dos semi-bogies (1 ó 1), desplazables entre si a través de traviesas laterales (2 ó 2) y de una traviesa central (3 ó 3), desplazamiento que queda ajustado o bloqueado mediante mecanismos de cerrojo (4 ó 4) dispuestos sobre las traviesas laterales (2) y traviesa central (3), siendo los semiejes (5) de los respectivo semi-bogies (1 ó 1) independientes. El sistema incluye además una plataforma de cambio de ancho en el que participan unas bancadas de desplazamiento lateral (14 ó 14) dotadas de medios de apertura (9 ó 9) y de cierre (16 ó 16) del ancho del bogie, accionadas a través de husillos eléctricos reversibles. El sistema se complementa con unos carretones porta-bogies (10 ó 10) desplazables a lo largo de un foso (13 ó 13), carretones porta-bogies (10 ó 10) equipados cada uno con un contrapivote (12), que se encarga de elevar la carga transportada, durante las maniobras de adaptación, en orden a que los medios de apertura y cierre de ancho no tengan que verse sometidos a enormes esfuerzos, encargándose asimismo de traccionar de dicho bogie hasta que el bogie siguiente accede a la plataforma de cambio de ancho.The system is designed to allow adapting the bogies of a train to different track widths, including a series of bogies, each consisting of two semi-bogies (1 or 1), movable between each other through side sleepers (2 or 2) and of a central crossbar (3 or 3), displacement that is adjusted or locked by means of bolt mechanisms (4 or 4) arranged on the lateral crossbars (2) and central crossbar (3), the semi-axles being ( 5) of the respective semi-bogies (1 or 1) independent.
