Abstract
Se proporciona un método para tratar una zona de una formación subterránea. El método incluye los pasos de: (a) formar un fluido de tratamiento que incluye: (i) agua; (ii) un agente que aumenta la viscosidad que se selecciona del grupo que consiste en polisacáridos solubles en agua, derivados solubles en agua de estos y cualquier combinación de los antemencionados; (iii) un reticulante para el agente que aumenta la viscosidad; (iv) un polímero soluble en agua hidrofóbicamente modificado; donde el agente que aumenta la viscosidad no es un polímero hidrofóbicamente modificado; y (b) introducir el fluido de tratamiento en una zona de una formación subterránea, donde la zona tiene una temperatura nominal igual o mayor a 350ºF.
