Abstract
Reivindicación 1: Composiciones farmacéuticas orales, caracterizadas porque comprenden como compuestos farmacéuticamente activos una combinación de una cantidad eficaz como antihistamínica de epinastina o una sal farmacéuticamente aceptable de la misma y de una cantidad eficaz como descongestionante de pseudoefedrina o una sal farmacéuticamente aceptable de la misma, y que comprenden además vehículos o excipientes farmacéuticamente aceptables, con la condición de que la composición no ha de contener ningún antagonista de leucotrienos.Reivindicación 2: Composición farmacéutica oral de acuerdo con la reivindicación 1, caracterizada porque contiene como ingredientes activos solamente una cantidad eficaz como antihistamínica de epinastina o una sal farmacéuticamente aceptable de la misma y una cantidad eficaz como descongestionante de pseudoefedrina o una sal farmacéuticamente aceptable de la misma. Reivindicación 3: Composición farmacéutica oral de acuerdo con la reivindicación 1 ó 2, caracterizadas porque proporciona una liberación prolongada de la cantidad eficaz como descongestionante de pseudoefedrina y una liberación inmediata de una cantidad eficaz como antihistamínica de epinastina. Reivindicación 5: Tableta de dos capas de acuerdo con la reivindicación 4, caracterizadas porque comprende una primera capa A que proporciona la liberación prolongada de pseudoefedrina, y comprende una cantidad eficaz como descongestionante de pseudoefedrina o una de sus sales farmacéuticamente aceptables, y una segunda capa B, que proporciona la liberación inmediata de epinastina, que comprende una cantidad eficaz como antihistamínica de epinastina o una de sus sales farmacéuticamente aceptables. Reivindicación 9: Tableta de dos capas de acuerdo con una de las reivindicaciones 4 a 8, caracterizada porque la capa A comprende 120 mg de sulfato de pseudoefedrina y la capa B comprende 10 mg de epinastina-HCI. Reivindicación 11: Uso de una composición farmacéutica de acuerdo con la reivindicación 10, caracterizado porque es para el tratamiento de la rinitis alérgica, congestión alérgica de las trompas de Eustaquio y/u otras enfermedades de origen alérgico que precisan de la administración de fármacos antihistamínicos y descongestionantes, preferiblemente de la rinitis alérgica.
