Abstract

La presente proporciona un método de aumentar la solubilidad y/o dispersabjlidad de un tinte de quaterrileno y/o terrileno en un medio líquido tal como, v.g., un medio líquido comprendido en una composición de tinta de imprimir. El método comprende combinar el tinte de quaterrileno y/o terrileno con un polímero que es soluble en el medio líquido. La presente proporciona también una composición de tinta de imprimir que comprende un medio líquido polar que tiene al menos un tinte de quaterrileno y/o terrileno unido a polímero de la presente como se ha indicado arriba (con inclusión de los diversos aspectos del mismo) disuelto o dispersado en él. La presente proporciona también una característica de marcación o seguridad que está hecha con la composición de tinta de imprimir de la presente como se ha indicado arriba (con inclusión de los diversos aspectos de la misma).
