Abstract
Un sistema y un método que recicla desperdicios de modo que el efluente que sale del sistema realmente igual un estándar de agua potable esencialmente sin lodo contaminado. En una realización, los sólidos en las aguas residuales se someten a aireación y las enzimas en un digestor durante un período de tiempo. La porción más limpia del agua del digestor se clarifica posteriormente. El lodo, como también la escoria, del clarificador se succiona hacia el digestor. El agua limpia desde el clarificador se suministra a la etapa de reciclado para filtrado para eliminar los sólidos suspendidos hasta 5 mm. Cuando el alojamiento del proceso de reciclado alcanza la saturación, un proceso de retrolavado con agua limpia envía todos los sólidos suspendidos capturados hacia el digestor. El efluente, diferente al del retrolavado, del reciclador pasa posteriormente a través de: 1) un proceso de purificación del agua para eliminar los parásitos, 2) un tratamiento para reducir los químicos peligrosos; y 3) un proceso UV (y otro proceso no peligroso) para eliminar, matar o inactivar todas las bacterias y los virus, todo sin producir lodo. El resultado de este estado final es agua potable. En una realización, una etapa final única puede ser útil para múltiples etapas del digestor/clarificador.
