Abstract

La presente solicitud se refiere a un procedimiento para reparar un rodillo de impresión, el cual tiene un cuerpo principal de rodillo (10) constituido de plástico, particularmente material compuesto de plástico. En ambas zonas extremas (14) del cuerpo principal de rodillo están insertados elementos de asiento de cojinete (16), estando dichos elementos de asiento de cojinete (16) unidos por pegado con adhesivo con el cuerpo principal de rodillo (10). Las superficies interiores (24) de los elementos de asiento de cojinete (16) pueden deteriorarse debido a la presencia de elevadas cargas durante el funcionamiento del rodillo de impresión. Los elementos deteriorados de asiento de cojinete (16) son torneados por sus superficies interiores (24). A continuación tiene lugar la inserción de en cada caso un buje (32, 44) en los elementos de asiento de cojinete (16). Las superficies interiores (36) de los bujes (32, 44) sirven para alojar las pistas exteriores (26) de cojinetes de rodamientos que soportan rotativamente al rodillo. La solicitud también se refiere a un rodillo de impresión con buje insertado (32, 44).
