Abstract

La presente provee una novedosa base libre de palonosetron (3aS)-2-[(S)-1-azabiciclo[2.2.2]oct-3-il]-2,3,3a,4,5,6-hexahidro-1oxo-1H benz [cfe]isoquinolina en una forma amorfa y forma-G cristalina y procedimientos para su preparacion. La presente también provee un procedimiento para la preparacion de palonosetron hidrocloruro a partir de la nueva base libre de palonosetron en una forma amorfa y/o en forma-G cristalina. Antiemético u antinauseoso.
