Abstract

Reivindicacion 1: Un cojinete de empuje para usar en una disposicion de bombeo, incluyendo el cojinete de empuje al menos un patín de empuje y caracterizado por el hecho de que comprende: un patín de substrato; una multiplicidad de partículas de compuesto PEEK; y una capa de compuesto PEEK rociado térmicamente y que tiene una baja porosidad debido a la distribucion uniforme de partículas de PEEK localizadas sobre el patín de substrato y en donde la multiplicidad de partículas de compuesto PEEK son aplicadas forzándolas en conjunto bajo una alta velocidad y a una temperatura que es al menos tan alta como el punto de fusion de las partículas de compuesto PEEK.
