Abstract

Reivindicacion 4: un procedimiento para preparar (2S) -1- [N - ( 3 - hidroxitriciclo [3.3.1.1.3,7] dec-1 il) glicil ] -2- pirrolidina carbonitrilo de formula (1):que consiste en hacer reaccionar un compuesto de formula (2): en la cual R es hidrogeno o un protector de oxigeno, en un solvente que comprende al menos un éter con un compuesto de la formula (3): en la cual X es halogeno e Y es -C(O)NH2 o -CN; remover el grupo protector de oxigeno , R, cuando R es un grupo protector de oxigeno; y convertir -C(O)NH2 en -CN cuando Y es -C(O)NH2; y, opcionalmente, cristalizar el compuesto de la formula de la formula (1) a partir de un solvente que comprende al menos de una cetona; con la condicion de que cuando R del compuesto (2) es hidrogeno, Y del compuesto (3) es -C(O)NH2.
