Abstract

Se ilustra y describe un elemento vertedor capaz de ser abierto y vuelto a cerrar para alimentos líquidos envasados en envases de material laminado compuesto de carton/plástico, del tipo que consiste de una base (1) circundada por una brida (4) y que tiene una rosca interior solidamente construida (5) y también una rosca exterior (6), un elemento abridor (2) que tiene al menos un canto de corte (10) o lo similar, y un cierre roscado conformado como tapa roscada (3), en el cual el elemento abridor (2) presenta una rosca exterior solidamente construida (8) y está dispuesto dentro de la base (1), y el elemento abridor (2) está conformado de tal manera que al operar la tapa (3) por primera vez, la misma corta una abertura en el material laminado de envase ubicado por debajo del elemento vertedor. El elemento vertedor, con un ensamblado lo más sencillo posible, deberá ser capaz de perforar en forma confiable al material laminado compuesto de un envase de bebida también sin provision de una zona debilitada y cortar una abertura vertedora suficientemente grande. Para dicha finalidad se ha previsto que la rosca exterior (8) del elemento abridor (2) está reducida o interrumpida en una porcion inferior en al menos una region (8F) y la rosca interior (5) de la base (1) está reducida o interrumpida en forma similar al menos en una region correspondiente.
