Abstract

Reivindicacion 1: Una formulacion de detergente líquida para lavar ropa, acuosa, caracterizada porque comprende: (a) de 0,000001 a 0,01% de un colorante hidrofobo (b) de 10 a 50% en peso de una mezcla de tensioactivos, comprendiendo la mezcla de tensioactivos: (i) un tensioactivo no ionico; y (ii) un tensioactivo anionico seleccionado entre el grupo que consiste en: alquil benceno sulfonato lineal, alquil sulfato y alquil sulfato etoxilado, y, (c) de 0,005 a 2% en peso de un agente fluorescente seleccionado entre: 2-(4-estiril-3-sulfofenil)-2H-naftol[1,2-d]-triazol sodico, 4,4'-bis{[(4-anilino-6-(N-metil-N-2-hidroxietil)amino-1,3,5-triazin-2-il)]amino]-estilbeno-2,2'-disulfonato disodico, 4,4'-bis{[(4-anilino-6-morfolino-1,3,5- triazin-2il)]-amino}-estilbeno-2-2'-disulfonato disodico y 4,4'-bis(2-sulfoestiril)bifenilo disodico, y (d) los agregados del resto hasta 100% en peso, en donde la relacion entre tensioactivo anionico y tensioactivo no ionico se encuentra en el rango de 0,5 a 1,5:1 y uno de los tensioactivos anionicos seleccionados está presente en un exceso de 85% en peso del contenido de tensioactivo anionico total, en donde el colorante hidrofobo es un colorante de antraquinona de formula (1) en donde R1, R4, R5 y R8 son seleccionados independientemente entre los grupos que consisten en -H, -OH, -NH2, -NHR9 y -NO2, de tal modo que un máximo de solo un grupo -NO2 y un máximo de dos -H están presentes como sustituyentes R1, R4, R5 y R8; en donde R9 es una cadena alquilo C1-7 lineal o ramificada o un grupo arilo o grupos arilo sustituidos, o una cadena alquilo C1-7 lineal o ramificada, la cadena alquilo C1-7 lineal o ramificada no está sustituida preferentemente por un grupo -OH u -OMe; R2, R3, R6 y R7 pueden ser seleccionados entre -H, -F, -Br, -Cl, SO3-arilo o -NO2 y -OR10, en donde R10 es seleccionado entre el grupo que consiste en alquilo C1-7 lineal o ramificado o arilo; y R2 y R3 puede unirse entre si para formar un anillo no aromático de cinco miembros de la forma -C(=O)N(HR11)C(=X)- en donde X es O o NH y R11 es seleccionado entre el grupo que consiste en alquilo C1-6 opcionalmente sustituido con grupos alcoxi.Claim 1: A liquid laundry detergent formulation, aqueous, characterized in that it comprises: (a) from 0.000001 to 0.01% of a hydrophobic dye (b) from 10 to 50% by weight of a mixture of surfactants, the surfactant mixture comprising: (i) a non-ionic surfactant; and (ii) an anionic surfactant selected from the group consisting of: linear alkyl benzene sulphonate, alkyl sulfate and ethoxylated alkyl sulfate, and, (c) from 0.005 to 2% by weight of a fluorescent agent selected from: 2- (4 -styl-3-sulfophenyl) -2H-naphthol [1,2-d] -striazole sodium, 4,4'-bis {[(4-anilino-6- (N-methyl-N-2-hydroxyethyl) amino- 1,3,5-triazin-2-yl)] amino] -stilbene-2,2'-disulfonate disodium, 4,4'-bis {[(4-anilino-6-morpholino-1,3,5-triazin -2il)] - amino} -stilbene-2-2'-disodium disodium and 4,4'-bis (2-sulfoestiryl) biphenyl disodium, and (d) the aggregates of the rest up to 100% by weight, wherein the ratio between anionic surfactant and nonionic surfactant is in the range of 0.5 to 1.5: 1 and one of the selected anionic surfactants is present in an excess of 85% by weight of the total anionic surfactant content, wherein the dye hydrophobe is an anthraquinone dye of formula (1) wherein R1, R4, R5 and R8 are independently selected from among The groups consisting of -H, -OH, -NH2, -NHR9 and -NO2, such that a maximum of only one -NO2 group and a maximum of two -H are present as substituents R1, R4, R5 and R8 ; wherein R9 is a linear or branched C1-7 alkyl chain or an aryl group or substituted aryl groups, or a linear or branched C1-7 alkyl chain, the linear or branched C1-7 alkyl chain is preferably not substituted by a group - OH u -OMe; R2, R3, R6 and R7 can be selected from -H, -F, -Br, -Cl, SO3-aryl or -NO2 and -OR10, wherein R10 is selected from the group consisting of linear C1-7 alkyl or branched or aryl; and R2 and R3 can be joined together to form a five-member non-aromatic ring of the form -C (= O) N (HR11) C (= X) - where X is O or NH and R11 is selected from the group consisting of C1-6 alkyl optionally substituted with alkoxy groups.
